What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling below: Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their booking at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Guests may reschedule their class at least 24 hours in advance at no additional charge. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the class may not be accommodated. No-Show Policy: If a guest does not attend their scheduled class without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable, and rescheduling will not be permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us.
How many lip glosses am I able to make?

Our experience is all about you and your custom creation—you’ll make one personalized lip gloss during the class, with plenty of shades to choose from.
May I bring my own non-alcoholic or alcoholic drink?

Sip and create! You’re welcome to bring your own beverages, non-alcoholic or alcoholic (wine or champagne for those 21+).
Am I able to bring food?

To keep food and cosmetics separated and sanitized, food is not permitted during classes.
Is there parking at The Formulation Bar?

Absolutely! There’s plenty of free parking for you, so you can focus on creating your perfect gloss, not searching for a spot.
How long is the class?

Get ready for a full 90-minutes of creativity and fun in our lip gloss-making experience—starting and ending on time, so you can make the most of every minute!
What if I am running late?

You know the old saying, "time waits for no one". Classes will start and end on time. If you’re running a little bit behind, no worries—you can still join the class and craft your custom lip gloss, if you have enough time to complete your creation by the end of the session.
Does The Formulation Bar offer classes during the week?

What is the minimum age for children to join The Formulation Bar classes?

Children ages 10 and older are welcome to join in on the fun and creativity at The Formulation Bar classes.
Are children allowed at The Formulation Bar?

We are happy to welcome children ages 10 and up to join in the fun, if they are participating in the class. While we adore little ones, our space is unable to accommodate infants and younger children at our venue.
