Once products leave our facility, they cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This policy ensures that every customer receives fresh, uncontaminated materials and that all cosmetic components remain sanitary and safe for use.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist in resolving any concerns related to fulfillment errors.
