Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling for our Lip Gloss Formulation Classes below: Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their booking at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Guests may reschedule their class at least 24 hours in advance at no additional charge. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the class may not be accommodated. No-Show Policy: If a guest does not attend their scheduled class without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable, and rescheduling will not be permitted.
